Together we solve complicated problems by combining our experience in the market with our leading research and development capabilities.We are looking for Software Engineers and Senior Software Engineers to join our Perth Digital Competence Centre (DCC) – Be part of a specialist software team delivering technical solutions into Government and the Land, Sea, Air and Space domains.
As a Software Engineer, you’ll be involved throughout the Software Development Lifecycle, from design through to implementation, testing and deployment. To be successful in your role, you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience:Software development methodologies, software architecture and best practice.NET and / or Java ideally with exposure to other high-level languages and frameworks (e.g. Kotlin, C#, C/C++, Python, HTML, CSS, Angular, Javascript, Typescript, React, Node.JS, GRAPHQLDESIRABLE SKILLSDeploying, maintaining and monitoring applications running in a cloud environment (AWS/Azure/GCP)UI and UX designDevOps and CI/CD pipelines in GitlabContainerisation with Docker or Podman and orchestration with KubernetesCloud solution deployment and orchestrationFull-stack developmentDatabases (SQL or NoSQLQUALIFICATIONSTertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related engineering disciplineAustralian Citizenship required and be eligible for an AGSVA Security ClearanceGOOD TO KNOW
