Societe Generale-FORGE (“SGF”) is strengthening its Sales and Business/Product development teams with the goal to significantly expand its client base in the context of the new MiCA and GENIUS regulations.The ideal candidates will be seasoned business developers with track record, having the ability to think through how markets need to adapt to support paradigm-shifting technology. The candidate’s core skill sets should be in deal making, partner and stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, project execution. Working as part of a fast-moving global team, candidates will need to be self-starters with the ability to work independently and work effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.Responsibilities include :Drive revenue growth. Originate and close deals with clientsAchieve the company’s client expansion with cross functional teams, with a focus on increasing our market footprint with the crypto industry (crypto asset owners, crypto exchanges, brokers) and stablecoin adoptionFoster partnerships with key stakeholders within the Societe Generale Group (Capital markets, Security Services, Corporate banking, Private banking, Cash management, …) to leverage our broader origination and distribution channelsEnsure superior client experience through timeWork closely with the product, engineering, legal and compliance teams to bring new products and services to market that enable institutional participation in crypto and DeFi markets in a safe and compliant wayThe position is based in Paris La Defense with limited WFH policy.

 

To be considered, candidates must have:A demonstrated sales track record in either institutional crypto exchange, broker, crypto custody, blockchain technologies or related fintechDeep knowledge of the cryptocurrency and DeFi industriesPrior experience with the financial industry in capital markets, trading, security services or paymentsMinimum 10 years of relevant experience for senior positions and 3 years for junior positionsExcellent relationship-building and negotiation skills “Doer” personality: result-oriented, decisive, and energetic. Ability to work with cross-functional teams.The position is highly collaborative
