Chief Financial Officer
Job Description
Newrest is recruiting a Chief Financial Officer for one of its
subsidiaries in the World, to strengthen the group’s development.
Reporting to the Country Manager (in the day-to-day) and Group CFO (matrix
organization) you will take full responsibility of admnistration and
financial aspects in the country where Newrest operates.
As Business Partner you will have a key role in the implementation
of the group strategy in the country.
MISSIONS:
Manage and train the local administrative team
(accounting, cash collection, tax & legal, treasury, internal control, cost
control, payroll)Ensure the production of the subsidiary’s
corporate accounts and payroll and guarantee compliance with local accounting,
tax and social obligationsSet up and apply group standards and procedures
within the subsidiaryLead the budget process (P&L, Balance Sheet,
Cash flow, CAPEX, etc…)Organize Boards of Directors and Shareholders’
MeetingsManage relations with the supervisory
authoritiesElaborate monthly reporting and ensure control
of activities as well as operational dashboardsManage closely the cash position with banking
institutions and the groupAnimate relationship with third parties:
customers, suppliers, auditors, insurancesEnsure a daily relationship with the company’s
head office and be able to provide adhoc analyses on request.Please note, this position is not based in Toulouse, Only linked to the HQ.
Finance Master Degree
Minimum 5+ years of
experience in a similar position
A first international
experience will be very appreciated
Fluent in English is
necessary, Spanish and/or French is a plus
Forecasting skills
Multi-cultural teams management
You are used to work in
an international environment, looking for a challenging position in a
growing up company. A worldwide mobility is required for future
assignment
CONTRACT : Permanent Contract within one of our subsidiaries
LOCATION: After 2 years possible other internal movement
through another worldwide subsidiaries
