We support our customer’s system with the MRO activity. Our activity is based on the MRO, development of the IT to support applications, transformation of existing applications to the Cloud, Secure hybrid outsourcing or on premise infrastructure, and apply security audits on platforms and remediation’s plan.Required competencies:Set up the code base and structure projects by establishing best development practicesTake responsibility for critical and complex technical design, estimations, and development tasksProvide technical support to other developers on the team and conduct code reviewsEnsure the continuous integration pipeline is functioning properly for the Java stackContribute to technical knowledge sharing and present key technical topics to internal teamsDocument processes and development activitiesParticipate in pre-sales activities related to your area of technical expertiseRequested experience:You have a degree in Computer Science and bring experience in the following areas:Strong proficiency in Java and/or C++ developmentComfortable with both front-end and back-end developmentExperience in developing critical or complex systemsFamiliarity with algorithm developmentInterest or experience in DevOps (CI/CD, containerization, configuration management)Designing and developing SOAP and REST APIsWorking with version control and issue tracking tools (e.g., Git, JIRA)Writing unit tests using JunitLeadership, team spirit, autonomy, and a proactive mindsetAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical project stakeholdersYou are committed to delivering high-quality technical solutions and passionate about contributing to innovative projects in the aerospace sectorEnglish fluentNice to have French minim B1Behavioral skills:Strong team playerBe autonomous and proactive on your tasks,Teamwork and knowledge sharing.Sense of responsibilityGood communication skillsHas a continuous learning mindset and learning of new paradigms, techniques & practices in build-test-release cycles and software automationUnderstand the necessity of stability in the infrastructures.Mobility:Travel to France, depending the project requirementsConnect with Andreea Burcea, Talent Acquisition Partner #LI-BA1 who is eager to explore together with you this exciting opportunityAt Thales, we’re committed to fostering a workplace where respect, trust, collaboration, and passion drive everything we do.
