Apporte une expertise fiscale sur l’ensemble des opérations de M&A et de réorganisation du pôle. Anime la filière fiscale, assure la cohérence et anticipe les impacts fiscaux des projets stratégiques. Responsabilités principales :
• Analyser les implications fiscales des opérations de M&A, cessions et restructurations.• Accompagner les entités dans la mise en œuvre des schémas retenus.• Participer à la négociation et au suivi des rulings ou rescrits fiscaux.• Animer la communauté fiscale du pôle et diffuser les bonnes pratiques.• Contribuer aux projets transverses de conformité et d’optimisation fiscale.

o Soft Skills: You enjoy working in diverse legal fields, are an excellent communicator/negotiator able to interact efficiently with local and international stakeholders in a cross-functional environment. You are autonomous, organized, flexible / adaptable, with excellent capacity for analysis and synthesis, verbal and written communication. Being able to embrace new topics is key to succeed in this role. Team spirit is essential.
o Technical skills: M&A and Partnerships, contract law, litigation and pre-litigation management. IT contracts / provision of services and/or financial transactions (securitisation, assignment of receivables) are a plus.
• Languages: Operational English and French (regular use)

Juriste/cabinet avocat
• Experience : A significant similar experience is required, in particular if abroad. A strong knowledge of corporate transactions and contract law is essential. Experience in the automotive/mobility sector would be a significant advantage. Knowledge of competition law would also be beneficial.
