Job Description

Lead the negotiations with suppliers (price evolution, new products or services…) either with competitive or gré-à-gré approach with supplier.

Manage the purchase contracts:Amend contracts and enforce existing contractual provisionsEnsure Suppliers deliver the expected performances and, when necessary, drive remedial actions (including claim management) to restore performances.Coordinate the preparation of the Senior Management Meetings with Supplierskeep up to date IT information related to the contracts (prices, contacts…)

​prepare and participate to the Commodity MFT.

Benchmark and keep the knowledge of the market for the commodity to cope with the needs of the different ATR Directorates.

Lead the Request for Proposals taking into account all stakeholders requirements.

Represent ATR when necessary: visit at supplier’s facilities, events, working groups.

Commercial degree (master or equivalent) with solid technical background, OR engineering degree with experience in business positions.

Proven experience in similar procurement positions
