What you will be doingUnder the coordination of the Project Development director, you will be
responsible for the development in coordination with the Business Development and
Suez Group supports team for the preparation of PPP/BOT, EPC and O&M
Services of municipal and industrial project bids that will be submitted to our
potential clients.
In this framework, you will have to:
– Participate
with the Business Developer in the identification of business
opportunities and support in EOI and RFQ in the targeted sectors,
organized by public or private entities;
– Participate
with the business developer in identifying the bid strategy and the identification
of potential partners and sub-consultants according to their capabilities
and competencies to increase the chances of success, and play a key role
in consortia’s meeting;
– At
RFP stage, prepare the bid budget, bid planning schedule, bid deliverables
and follow-up/coordination with partners and for Suez a multi-site and
multi-disciplinary team, ensuring that the bid development is always on
track;
– Define
in coordination with the Business Developer a bid submission target price
and the project costs;
Set
deadlines for the preparation of various components of the bids in
coordination with the partners and SUEZ’ team ensuring that all team
members meet their deadlines;
– Identify
the project risks and mitigations, and eventual opportunities in
accordance with Suez group policies and guidelines with the support of
Suez multi-disciplinary team (Technical, Legal, Fiscal, Contractual,
etc…);
– Participate
with the Business Developer on the negotiation with clients setting a
contract in accordance with Suez management approvals and a smooth
transfer to the execution team;Who we are looking forRequirements:
– With
a higher education degree (engineering school or university in Civil,
Mechanical or Hydraulics).
Minimum
10 years’ experience in an PPP/BOT, EPC and O&M project environment
and related services, including initial experience in responding to
tenders.
– You
have a good understanding of the contractual, commercial and technical
aspects of a PPP/BOT, EPC and O&M projects.
– You
are recognised for your leadership and facilitation skills, as well as
your ability to adapt to multicultural environments.
– Initiative,
rigor, as well as good team spirit and the ability to interact with an
international team;
– Ability
to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in parallel.
– Fluency
in English is essential.We propose:
