Skywise – Principal Product Manager
Job Description
Defining and maintaining the standard statement of work for non complex deals, and the decision making process to consider a deal as complex.
Providing the Portfolio and Software Factory teams with insight of the current requirements of airlines and/or the coming one and prioritize them for inclusion in the product roadmap.
For complex deals, the job holder is responsible for:
Establishing the requirements at customer side and navblue side to optimize the customer value of the contract while optimizing the customization impact for navblue trough Business Process Review (BPR) process
Establishing the risk level for the implementation of the contract by assessing the technical, functional and cultural risk related to the implementation of the contract,
Defining the technical part of contract’s statement of work,
Ensuring and maintaining the value is delivered and risk mitigated during the implementation phase,
Supporting the Product Delivery teams across all regions for some complex projects and/or priority customers (e.g. support to cutover for a Tier1 airline)
Contribute to the Skywise brand visibility through presentations to industry events and publication of white papers on his/her subject of expertise
Supporting the level 3 support team for prioritization of advanced items and customer escalations.
