Experience in project management, operations, or account management in a technical environment is highly preferred.

Be the single point of contact for technical data representatives, programme managers, authoring domains and other internal key stakeholders.

In a crisis situation, you will have to popularise (simplify) complex technical updates from the teams into clear communications to internal Technical Data stakeholders.

Facilitate regular synchronisations to align expectations and resolve conflicts between stakeholder needs and team capacity.

You will have to report, inside & outside of SIDED; The discrepancies related to what is expected vs deviations that may occur.

Manage the end-to-end relationship with third-party (vendors (technical data coming from outside Airbus – e.g. engine manufacturers) & subcontractors).

Monitor delivery quality, timelines, and adherence to contractual obligations.

Act as the escalation point for any issues involving external service providers.
