Job Description

own and manage end-to-end service delivery for assigned collaboration services

monitor, report and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs and KPIs

define and execute corrective actions in case of SLA deviations in agreement with Product Owners

ensure services consistently meet or exceed customer expectations

 

maintain a strong technical understanding of collaboration solutions and related services

support continuous maintenance and lifecycle management of tools to ensure stability, performance and security compliance with internal policies and standards

Translation of requirements from the customer into business requirements

Educated to a Master level (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related discipline

5 years’ experience in IT service management within complex environments

Practical knowledge of SharePoint, Atlassian products (Jira/Confluence, plug-ins)

Functional knowledge of Engineering, Operations and Services business in IT

Good understanding of Active Directory, networking fundamentals and IT architecture principles

Solid understanding of end-to-end service lifecycle management

Familiarity with IT project management framework and governance processes

Strong capabilities in requirements engineering and management

Ability to translate business needs into structured IT requirements and actionable improvements

Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

Capable of negotiation and alignment in multi-stakeholder environments

Basic understanding of Security context (international, transnational and local regulatory requirements)

Willingness and curiosity to learn and ramp up on new technology, solutions, products

Language Skills: French and English at negotiation level
